Description

Ingredients

  • 12 mini bell peppers
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the mini peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, sliced green onions, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
  4. Season the cream cheese mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into each pepper half.
  6. Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
  8. Serve warm.

Notes

  • You can add cooked crumbled bacon or other desired fillings to the cream cheese mixture.
