Description
Turn leftover pasta into a viral snack! These TikTok pasta chips are crispy, flavorful, and perfect for dipping. Easy to make in the oven or air fryer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound cooked pasta (penne, rotini, or your favorite shape)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: Pinch of red pepper flakes for heat
- For the Dip: Your favorite marinara sauce or a creamy dip
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- If your pasta is freshly cooked, drain it well. If using leftover pasta, ensure it’s not too clumpy.
- In a bowl, toss the cooked pasta with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using) until evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned pasta in a single layer on a baking sheet for oven baking or in the air fryer basket.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or air fry for 10-15 minutes, tossing halfway through, until the pasta is golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oven or air fryer and let cool slightly.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Any pasta shape will work, but smaller, twisty shapes tend to get crispier.
- Adjust seasonings to your preference.
- For extra crispy chips, bake or air fry a few minutes longer.
