Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, and honey.
- Mix well until everything is evenly incorporated.
- Stir in the chopped nuts, dried fruit, chocolate chips (if using), and chia seeds (if using).
- Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
- Place the energy bites on a plate or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
