- Yellow gel food coloring
- Orange gel food coloring
- White gel food coloring
Instructions

- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate chips, and salt. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth and melted.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Divide the mixture into three equal portions.
- Color one portion yellow, one orange, and leave one white. Use gel food coloring for vibrant hues.
- Spread the yellow layer evenly in the prepared pan.
- Carefully spread the orange layer over the yellow layer.
- Gently spread the white layer over the orange layer.
- Chill for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper. Cut into desired candy corn shapes or squares.
Notes
- Gel food coloring provides the best color intensity without altering the fudge consistency.
- Ensure each layer is spread evenly for a clean, striped appearance.
- Allow the fudge to chill completely before cutting to prevent it from crumbling.
