Whip up these Super Bowl Buffalo Chicken Dip Sliders for your game day party. They’re a crowd-pleasing finger food that’s sure to be a touchdown!

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 12 slider buns
- Butter, for brushing
- Optional toppings: blue cheese crumbles, chopped celery, ranch drizzle
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground chicken until browned. Drain any excess grease.
- Stir in the buffalo wing sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing. Cook until the cream cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
- Slice the slider buns in half horizontally.
- Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture evenly onto the bottom halves of the slider buns.
- Place the top halves of the buns over the filling.
- Lightly brush the tops of the sliders with melted butter.
- Place the sliders on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
- Serve warm with optional toppings.
Notes
- For an extra kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the chicken mixture.
- If you don’t have slider buns, you can use regular dinner rolls.
- These sliders can be assembled ahead of time and baked just before serving.
